These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b9gam ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the b9gam platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this Agreement. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Six areas every b9gam player should understand before wagering
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use b9gam. One account per person is permitted. Providing false identity information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All b9gam bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits stated at the point of offer. Attempting to abuse promotional terms — including multi-accounting or coordinated betting — voids bonuses and may result in account suspension.

By accessing the b9gam website at b9gam.org, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement constitutes a legally enforceable contract between you and b9gam.
If you are accessing b9gam on behalf of a third party or using another individual's credentials, you accept personal liability for any and all activity conducted through the Account. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited under Section 4 of this Agreement.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active b9gam Account at any given time. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update b9gam promptly if any information changes. b9gam will not be held liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate account information provided by a Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b9gam login credentials. b9gam strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity that occurs under your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify b9gam immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
b9gam Accounts are strictly non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or otherwise assigning your account to another individual is prohibited. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts without compensation.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. b9gam reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in breach of this Agreement. In such cases b9gam will notify the Player and may hold funds pending investigation in accordance with its regulatory obligations.
All promotional offers made available by b9gam — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL special promotions — are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer. In the event of conflict between general and specific terms, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, all b9gam bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Bets placed in certain game categories (typically live dealer games, baccarat side bets, and certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. b9gam employs automated fraud detection to identify bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses; low-risk arbitrage betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent; coordinated account use to exploit promotion terms. Any Player found to be abusing b9gam bonus offers will have all bonus balances voided and may have their account permanently closed.
All b9gam bonuses carry an expiry date stated at the time of issue. Any bonus or wagering progress that has not been completed by the stated expiry will be removed from the account automatically. No extension will be granted except at the sole discretion of b9gam management.
All sports bets placed on b9gam — including cricket, PSL, international T20, UFC, and other available markets — are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each event as published on the b9gam platform. In the event of a dispute, b9gam's rulings on game outcomes and odds settlement are final.
Live in-play bets are accepted at b9gam subject to real-time odds availability. b9gam reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid and will be settled normally. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be cancelled and stakes returned.

b9gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's real-money balance will be held by b9gam for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, funds will be returned to the Player promptly. If a breach is confirmed, b9gam may withhold funds in whole or in part in accordance with regulatory requirements and applicable law.
Any Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any outstanding balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Self-exclusion requests are treated as permanent closures for a minimum period of 6 months.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9gam shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the b9gam platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other financial loss not directly caused by b9gam's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
b9gam is not liable for any failure of performance, service interruption, or loss of access caused by events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, regulatory actions, or force majeure events. In the event of a platform outage during an active live bet or live casino session, b9gam will endeavour to settle affected bets fairly and in accordance with the rules applicable to each game type.
b9gam's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to b9gam in the three (3) calendar months preceding the date of the claim.
b9gam collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and is available at b9gam.org/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
b9gam collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where applicable, the fulfilment of its obligations under its international gaming licence. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and licensed payment processors in the ordinary course of b9gam's regulatory compliance obligations.
b9gam reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — b9gam will provide notice via email to the address registered on the Player's account and/or via a prominent notice on the b9gam platform, no fewer than 7 days before the amended terms take effect.
Minor amendments, including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, and updates required by regulatory change, may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the b9gam platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9gam holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to b9gam's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint.
b9gam commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally within 14 days, either party may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by b9gam's licensing authority. b9gam's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, odds settlement, and bonus eligibility is final and binding unless successfully overturned through the formal dispute resolution process.
